Our Story

From humble beginnings to becoming Sri Lanka's premier computer support training institute, our journey has been defined by innovation, excellence, and unwavering commitment to student success.

The Beginning (2013)

TechSupport Pro was founded in January 2013 with a simple yet ambitious vision: to bridge the critical skills gap in Sri Lanka's rapidly expanding IT sector. Our founders, experienced IT professionals who had witnessed the challenges faced by organizations in finding qualified computer support specialists, recognized the urgent need for comprehensive, practical training programs.

Starting with just 12 students in a modest facility in Colombo, we focused on delivering hands-on, real-world training that prepared individuals for immediate employment in the IT support field. Our first graduation ceremony in April 2013 saw 11 out of 12 students secure employment within 30 days – establishing our reputation for excellence.
