What qualifications do I need to enroll in these programs?
For our IT Support Fundamentals Certificate, you need to have passed O/L examinations with credits in Mathematics and English. Basic computer literacy is helpful but not mandatory as we start from the fundamentals. For advanced programs, we recommend completing our fundamentals course or having equivalent experience.
How long does each program take to complete?
Our programs range from 10 to 16 weeks: IT Support Fundamentals Certificate takes 12 weeks, Network Support & Administration requires 10 weeks, and the Enterprise IT Support Specialist Program spans 16 weeks. Classes are held on weekdays (evening batches) and weekends (full-day sessions) to accommodate working professionals.
What is the total investment for these programs?
Program fees are: IT Support Fundamentals - 70,000 LKR, Network Support & Administration - 90,000 LKR, and Enterprise IT Support Specialist - 135,000 LKR. These fees include all training materials, lab access, exam preparation resources, and career placement services. We offer flexible payment plans and early bird discounts.
Do you provide job placement assistance?
Yes, all our programs include comprehensive career services. This includes resume building, interview preparation, and direct introductions to our corporate partners. Our Enterprise program includes a guaranteed internship placement. We maintain a 95% job placement rate within 3 months of graduation.
What certifications will I receive?
Upon successful completion, you receive our academy certificate. Additionally, our programs prepare you for internationally recognized certifications: CompTIA A+ (Fundamentals program), CompTIA Network+ (Network program), and multiple certifications including Microsoft and ITIL (Enterprise program). Exam fees are separate from course fees.
How do online and in-person classes work?
